Brant County OPP say the cyclist was found by a motorist travelling along East River Road at about 8:30 a.m. The cyclist was unresponsive when the motorist arrived and there was vehicle debris in a ditch, said a release from Brant OPP. \u201cThe cyclist sustained life-threatening injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The vehicle involved did not remain at the location,\u201d OPP Const. Andrew Gamble said in a media release.
